Alec has decades of experience working at the top end of the market in senior roles for leading agents across the Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset areas. Alec also successfully ran Spencers’ Brockenhurst office from 2015-2021.

Hard working and highly regarded, Alec brings a wealth of expertise to his new role managing our new Romsey office.

Out of office, Alec enjoys playing golf on the local courses and exploring the local area with his family.

Tracy has been with Spencers since 2013 and heads up the lettings team. She is very well regarded in the local area and is an integral part of the Spencers family. Over the years, Tracy has used her excellent valuation and interpersonal skills to put Spencers lettings as one of the top ranking letting agents in the area whilst continuing to build excellent relationships with landlords. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 2 granddaughters and baking lots of goodies!

Rob is a director of Spencers Property and manages the Highcliffe office. He took over Fells Gulliver’s Brockenhurst office in 2005, following over 20 years’ experience of the property market both in London and the Home Counties including working as a consultant for leading national property portal Rightmove. In 2010 he founded Spencers Property.

Nathalie has over six years’ experience in the Lettings Industry. Whilst living in Romsey over the last twenty years she has gained extensive knowledge of the local area. She has undertaken roles in property management, coordination and negotiation, gaining a broad understanding of Estate Agency. In her free time Nathalie enjoys going to the gym, photography and being a huge animal lover.

Jonny previously worked with a well-established local estate agent, gaining extensive experience across the Hampshire area, particularly in Romsey and Winchester. With a well-rounded knowledge of the Sales, New Homes, and Lettings sectors, Jonny has developed a deep understanding of the property market and consistently demonstrates a strong ability to support clients in achieving their goals. Outside of work, Jonny is an avid rugby player and enjoys spending quality time with his daughter and partner.

Harry brings over 5 years of experience in sales and estate agency, offering a strong background in customer service. Known for his approachable nature and commitment to helping clients find their perfect home, Harry takes pride in delivering a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.  Outside of work, Harry enjoys keeping active at the gym, watching football, and spending quality time with his wife.

Having lived in and around Romsey her entire life, Laila has developed a strong passion for the local property market. With a wealth of experience in customer-facing roles, she thrives on meeting new people, building lasting relationships, and supporting both buyers and sellers as they navigate their property journeys. Outside of work, Laila enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and has a keen interest in travel.

With a passion for property and a friendly approach, Agata brings over two years of hands-on experience from her apprenticeship in estate agency in the Southampton area. Fluent in both English and Polish, she enjoys helping clients navigate the property market with ease. Agata loves exploring the local area and has a great appreciation for the charm and beauty of the region. Whether you’re buying or selling, Agata is on hand in our friendly Romsey office to provide expert guidance every step of the way.

Karen began her career in new homes 20 years ago in Scotland with Countrywide Estate agents. After 4 years she relocated to Surrey and joined Spicerhaart Estate agents, working for 8 years alongside many National House builders in her role as Divisional Director. In 2018 she was then offered the role of Group Head of New Homes with Chancellors Estate Agents in which remained for six years. Following her relocation to the south coast, Karen worked for a year at Hoburne Group, in one of their holiday parks which she loved, however her heart has always been in new homes. When the New Homes Director opportunity arose with Spencers, Karen felt this was destiny as she loved the brand and company ethos. In her spare time, you will normally find Karen cycling through the New Forest, running along the beach or out having fun with her friends and family.

Marie brings over 30 years of experience in the new homes and property industry, with extensive local knowledge gained from growing up in Romsey. Known for her friendly, approachable manner and strong industry expertise, Marie is committed to providing a professional and supportive experience for every client. She takes great pride in helping people navigate their property journey with confidence and ease. Outside of work, Marie enjoys painting, walking her cocker spaniel, and keeping active at the gym.
