Over the years, Tracy has used her excellent valuation and interpersonal skills to put Spencers lettings as one of the top ranking letting agents in the area whilst continuing to build excellent relationships with landlords. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 2 granddaughters and baking lots of goodies!

With more than 40 years of experience in the property industry, Rob established his first Estate Agency in the New Forest in 2004 before co-founding Spencers in 2010. Since then, he has played the leading role in shaping the company’s growth and success, combining extensive market knowledge with a forward thinking and dynamic approach to estate agency.

Under Rob’s leadership, Spencers has grown into a respected and trusted brand, with a thriving network of seven offices spanning the New Forest, its coastline, and the wider Dorset and Hampshire region. Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building a strong team culture, Rob continues to drive the company’s vision, investing in both innovation and people to ensure Spencers remains at the forefront of the local property market.

Kerry has been a valued member of the Spencers team since 2015, initially spending six years in the Lettings office before bringing her experience and expertise into her current role. Her enthusiasm, organisation, and keen attention to detail play a key part in supporting the team and ensuring both vendors and buyers receive a consistently high standard of service. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys making the most of the outdoors. Whether it’s horse riding, fishing, biking, or hiking, she’s happiest when she’s out in nature.

Michael brings over eight years of experience in the property industry, having started his career as an estate agent in London. Since relocating to Christchurch in 2024, he’s developed strong local knowledge and offers clients a friendly, informed approach. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, meeting friends at the pub, and coastal walks.

Mike joins Spencers following 12 successful years with a highly regarded independent estate agency covering West Dorset. Over this time, he has built a strong reputation for his honest, service-driven approach, underpinned by clear communication, reliability and a straightforward manner.

Bringing his wealth of experience to a new area, Mike is passionate about supporting clients through every stage of their property journey. Friendly and approachable, he is committed to delivering a first-class, personal service, ensuring each move is handled smoothly and efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion.

Emma brings over 25 years of experience in estate agency, with an in-depth knowledge of the Wimborne market. Having both lived and worked in the town for many years, she offers clients valuable local insight alongside her extensive industry expertise. Most recently based in our Brockenhurst office, Emma is delighted to be returning to Wimborne, where she looks forward to continuing to support clients with her trusted, personable approach.

Sharon’s established lettings career follows a long and successful career in banking. Known for her friendly and approachable nature, she combines strong organisational skills with a genuine commitment to supporting both landlords and tenants throughout their property journey.

A proud local resident, Sharon lives in the area with family. She enjoys being actively involved in the community and values building lasting relationships with clients based on trust and communication.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, as well as relaxing with a good film at home. She is also a dedicated unit helper with her daughter’s Girl Guiding group, a role she finds both rewarding and fulfilling.
