With more than 40 years of experience in the property industry, Rob established his first Estate Agency in the New Forest in 2004 before co-founding Spencers in 2010. Since then, he has played the leading role in shaping the company’s growth and success, combining extensive market knowledge with a forward thinking and dynamic approach to estate agency.

Under Rob’s leadership, Spencers has grown into a respected and trusted brand, with a thriving network of seven offices spanning the New Forest, its coastline, and the wider Dorset and Hampshire region.
