Spencers’ new Highcliffe Office extends success of the Spencers network

Since opening our newest Spencers office on January 10th 2024, we have received a very warm welcome from local residents and businesses, as well as new clients keen to experience the Spencers standard, meaning we have already been instructed on over £27million of property to sell in Highcliffe and the surrounding areas. We have picked up such momentum that we have brought a new property to the market every other day.

Our fresh approach to marketing property seems to have struck a chord with coastal homeowners who are keen to promote their property not just through our five sales offices across the New Forest, but to a wider regional and national clientele drawn by the beautiful coastline we are lucky enough to call home. Our London Office is continuously approached by those in the city and beyond, looking to relocate to our area.
